We have just published a delicious new recipe  compliments of our good friend from Scarecrow in Auckland, chef Ben Barton. Check out how to make authentic Patatas Bravas with two gorgoeous sauces to go with it and show off to family and friends you new Spanish culinary skills

 Don't they look delicious? So why not have a tapas evening at home, grab some hot Choritzo sausage, perhaps some Manchego cheese and some Jamon with a glass of strong red and you are set for a lovely evening. Of course don't forget your dipping dish full of Matakana Extra Virgin Olive Oil and some crusty bread. Simple pleasures in life....
